Peach will be accompanied by a new currently unnamed sidekick resembling a comet with a green ribbon tail, who can turn into a long ribbon she can use to interact with on-stage elements, such as props and characters. The game will have a stage play-themed setting. The game will feature Princess Peach as the main protagonist, marking her first starring role in the franchise since Super Princess Peach. The untitled Princess Peach game is an upcoming game for the Nintendo Switch, set to release in 2024.
